Digressing about music: songs, dances, melodies, groups, films...

I like almost every type of music, but the music i like the most are jazz, rock and funk music, and the variations of these kind of music (funk jazz, etc). I also like a lot classic music, specially piano soloist and some symphonys played in orchestra´s. My favorite instruments are the saxophone (Alto and tenor) the piano and the bass, but i also like the guitar a lot. I play guitar, a little bit of bass and i´m actually learning and studying alto saxophone, and a thing i have to say about playing instruments is that you should always try to play an instrument that you feel you like the most, that you feel "yours" cause it gives you that satisfaction of being part of the music with something that you can really feel part of you.

I like a lot of bands and i wouldn´t be able to describe them all so i´ll just name one that i listen since i was very young, The Red Hot Chili Peppers. I used to listen to heavier music when i was younger, and it is not that i don´t like it know, it´s just that i don´t like it as much as i used to.

As we refer to music used in films there is one that i always remember for the great way it was aplied to the film and it is beethoven symphony No.7- Allegretto used in the film knowing. The way they used the music makes a complete sinergy with the scenes, so i always remember that case in particular.

Our Amazing Human Body: ... Our Smart Brain et al.

I´m going to talk about the immune system. This system is simply amazing, and as the other systems conforming ourselves is something we can´t live without. It plays the role of basically keeping us protected, and by protecting us it keeps us alive. Protect us from what? Well, of everything that could harm the inside of our bodies, basically speaking of microorganisms. It recognizes the external organisms that enter our bodies and decides to attack the things that could be harmful, like viruses. It is all around our body, in order to protect every part of ourselves, but the mechanisms it uses to defend ourselves have specific parts where these are produced. The most important components of this system are blood, the bone marrow, the lymph and the liver. The thymus is also important, but in the childhood mostly. To describe the size you basically need to say the whole body, cause it is in every part of ourselves. Autoimmune diseases are an illness that means your immune system is not functioning the right way, and it recognizes the parts of your own body as strange, attacking them. A normal autoimmune disease is Diabetes Type 1, in which your immune system attacks the hormone insulin and your body can´t control the the levels of glucose in the blood. Another disease that can alter your immune system is HIV
, and it´s terminal phase better known as AIDS. This makes your immune system weaker and weaker, until the point that your immune system is basically in existent. If you don´t have immune system you could die of a common cold or flu. This makes one think how important is our immune system if it can make us think a cold is no harm for us, while if we don´t have this system something like that could kill us. A way to keep this system functioning at it´s best is to not consume medicament's unless it´s necessary, because this system get´s stronger every time it fights against something. That´s why it´s so important to not auto medicate yourselves. Something very common in our times is to medicate the children every time their sick, and that only makes things worst, because the childhood is an important part to envelope a good immune system.

Your best holidays or concert ever

In juny of 2015 i went with my family to Cusco, PerĂº. It was winter holidays, but although it was winter it wasn´t cold and it was actually pretty hot. We went for 9 days. The first day we went out to see the city, museums and get to know the place a little better, but it was a little late and we ended just eating dinner and walking for a while to see where we could go the next day. At the next day we got up early in the morning (5 A.M) and went by bus to sacsayhuaman, which is near cusco. It was a real nice place to be, but we left at lunch time. We went back to cusco and ate at some restourant near the center of the city. The gastronomy there is actually quite different from ours, but i found it actually better, so i enjoyed every lunch and dinner. When we ended, we went to the museum of pre-columbian art, which i found actually nice because there aren´t to many museums of art and it´s always nice to see the art of different cultures and periods. We spent a few days doing things like that, but the reason we went to PerĂº was to see machu picchu and our trip to that place started the fifth day.
We went by train to aguas calientes which is closer to machu picchu than cusco and spent the night there. I´ve never traveled by train before so it was a new and nice experience to me. We stayed there for 1 day and then the next day in the morning we went by train to the city of machu picchu. That trip by train to the city of machu picchu was awesome. It was a long trip but the views were extraordinary. We ate at machu picchu city and then we took a bus that head off to machu picchu. The place was simply amazing. I loved every moment i was up there. There is no much to describe because it´s actually something that you have to live and be there to understand why many people describe the place with words like amazing or beautiful. We also went up the huayna picchu, which is the mountain next to machu picchu. That was one of the best experiences to me. Being there in the nature, so high and in another state of mind. I felt awesome, like i was more connected with myself. After expending the whole day there we started the trip back to cusco. At Cusco we spent the last night and i left the hotel and went by a walk to see the city for the last time. I hate when someone asks me which is the "best" experience i´ve had
travelling because i wouldn´t say one is the best, but i have to say this was one of the best holidays i´ve ever had.
